When you book a delivery, create an account, or use our mobile applications, we collect necessary logistics data: sender name, recipient name, contact phone numbers, pickup address, dropoff address, package description, and geographic GPS coordinates required for live courier routing.

We use your information strictly to:

• Dispatch the nearest available courier to your pickup address
• Send real-time SMS/WhatsApp tracking updates and security handoff PINs
• Enable direct phone communication between you and the assigned rider
• Process secure card and bank payments via licensed payment processors (Paystack)
• Improve our routing algorithms and customer service response times

3. Real-Time Location Data

Our courier mobile applications stream GPS coordinates while an order is in transit to calculate accurate arrival times and allow you to view the live bike icon on the map. This tracking ceases automatically once the delivery is completed.

4. Payment Information & Security

We do not store your full debit card details or banking passwords on our servers. All financial transactions are securely processed through Paystack using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with assigned couriers for the sole purpose of fulfilling your specific delivery.
