1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a delivery, accessing our website, using our mobile applications, or dispatching parcels through Covad Swift Logistics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Covad Swift provides on-demand and scheduled courier dispatch, door-to-door parcel delivery, food delivery logistics, interstate haulage, and international air cargo coordination operating from our central hub at Sultan Plaza, 2b Ikosi Road, Ketu, Lagos 105102, Lagos, Nigeria.
3. Prohibited & Restricted Items
You agree not to dispatch any illegal narcotics, firearms, ammunition, hazardous chemicals, stolen property, uncertified perishable biological specimens, or items prohibited under Nigerian law or international aviation security guidelines. Covad Swift reserves the right to inspect packages suspected of violating these rules.
4. Handover & Security PIN Protocol
To ensure the security of shipments, delivery handovers are validated via a 4-digit digital security PIN or secure QR scan. Covad Swift is not liable for deliveries completed where the valid security PIN was provided by the recipient or someone at the designated destination address.
5. Limitation of Liability & Insurance
Covad Swift maintains comprehensive transit insurance for verified packages. For standard shipments without declared additional insurance, our liability in the rare event of proven loss or damage is limited to the courier fee paid or up to a maximum declared statutory value.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Lagos State.
