Where do I find my tracking code?
Your tracking code is sent via SMS and WhatsApp confirmation immediately after your booking is finalized. It begins with "TRK-" or displays as your 5-digit parcel number (e.g. TRK-00020).
What does "Out for Delivery" mean?
This means your assigned courier has picked up the package from the sender and is currently en route to your destination address on their live motorcycle route.
How does the 4-Digit Security PIN work?
To guarantee that only the intended recipient receives the shipment, the courier must verify a secret 4-digit digital PIN provided to the recipient before completing handover.
What if my recipient is unavailable?
The courier will call the recipient number up to three times. If unreachable, our central Ketu dispatch office will contact the sender to reschedule or securely hold the item.
